We worked with DkIT to help students self-reflect on their work placements, so the learning outcomes could be measured and tracked, and students received formative feedback throughout the placement, not just a grade at the end.
University College Dublin
At UCD we built a programme helping students self-reflect on their career soft skills (communication, teamwork, initiative), embedded directly into modules so the development sat inside the course, not alongside it.
