Everyone is about to sell AI training. Partner with the proof.
You keep the client, the content and the credential. Skilly Work adds the evidence layer that shows the learning changed how people act, and turns it into the record your clientsâ boards, auditors and supervisors ask for.
The opportunity
The training market is about to commoditise. Evidence wonât.
Slide decks and quizzes end in a read receipt, and a read receipt says nothing about whether someone can apply judgement under pressure. Partners who can hand a client a per-person, per-cohort record of applied judgement sell something the content race canât copy. That record is what Skilly Work produces.
Partner types
Four ways in
Different partners bring different strengths. The engine underneath is the same.
Professional bodies & CPD institutes
You bring
A CPD framework, credential authority and members who carry AI-use duties.
You get
The evidence engine behind your credential. Members earn it, their employers keep the record.
Training providers
You bring
AI literacy programmes you already sell, and the clients who buy them.
You get
The proof layer on top of your training, so completion becomes demonstrated competence.
Consultancies & advisories
You bring
Trusted client relationships in risk, governance, people and technology.
You get
A managed AI capability programme you deliver, with the dashboards and reporting done for you.
Referral partners
You bring
Clients who need the evidence and a warm introduction.
You get
A share in the outcome with the lightest possible lift. The simplest way to start.
You power the offer. We power the proof.
Your brand + your delivery + Skilly evidence engine
Skilly Work sits inside your offer as a Competency Pack, configured with you to your framework and delivered under your brand. People reflect on real AI-use moments, get scored against the five SHARP habits, and their organisation walks away with a board-ready evidence pack. You keep the defensible evidence layer and stay out of the content price war.
Every partnership starts the same way: one team, one cycle, one evidence pack. Partner terms are agreed per conversation during the preview.
Regional applicability
One engine, framed for your region
The governing body is a setting, not a rebuild. Choose the supervisory context and every evidence pack adapts its framing, so a partner can carry the same offer into each market it serves.
European Union & Ireland
The EU AI Act sets the frame. Article 50 transparency is live from 2 August 2026, and the human-oversight duty for high-risk deployers (Article 26, finable) lands in December 2027. In each case what protects the employer is what it can show its people actually did. In Ireland, the Central Bank has made AI a supervisory priority.
The partner approach
Professional bodies and CPD institutes put the evidence engine behind their credential; consultancies co-deliver with employers in regulated sectors.
United Kingdom
The FCA has no standalone AI rulebook; it supervises AI through existing frameworks. Evidence packs frame the record for SM&CR accountability, the Consumer Duty and SYSC: per-person evidence of how staff actually use AI, for the named senior managers who own the outcomes.
The partner approach
Training providers and advisories serving regulated firms add the proof layer to the programmes they already run.
Middle East & Africa
Gulf central banks have moved first. The Central Bank of the UAE's guidance on responsible AI adoption (February 2026) sets five principles for licensed financial institutions, including effective human oversight. The Qatar Central Bank's Artificial Intelligence Guideline (September 2024) makes boards accountable for AI outcomes, requires an AI register disclosed annually and mandates a human oversight protocol for any AI system. Evidence packs frame the record for the chosen regulator, evidencing the people dimension.
The partner approach
Regional training institutes and advisory networks, with Gulf financial services as the anchor market.
Statutory references adapt with the context: EU AI Act articles apply for Ireland and the EU; the FCA, CBUAE and QCB contexts use those regulatorsâ own frameworks. Skilly Work evidences the people dimension of AI governance; it does not itself deliver regulatory compliance. EU-hosted throughout.
Upskilling the workforce is how we stay in control of AI
This is bigger than compliance. AI literacy decides whether organisations control how they work, collaborate and grow with AI, or hand that control to the tools. It is also what AI literacy regulation now asks of employers: people who use AI in an informed way, aware of its opportunities, its risks and the harm it can cause.
